Being a houseman (實習醫生) is pushing beyond your limit again and again.
Have to set difficult drips of geriatirc patient and renal patient
Have to be scolded by patient if you cannot set drip / take ABG at the first time
Have to admit around 10 cases at night
Have only half to 1 hour of sleep every 3-4 day on average, and no post call half day (that means have to work 32 hours continously)
Have to have high EQ in facing some people
For LP, bone marrow, abd / pleural tapping:
See one, do one under supervision and perform one by myself
And luckily I have good partners working with me, and truly I learned alot about medicine though still I dun like it
And finally my annual leave for 1 week come 
- Next week in QEH AED for attachment
